This is a good distraction, however it can still lead to problems if you can’t handle them all at once. You’d better to offload several clients to your staff or set up a system where big inquiries and orders are handled by you while your staff handles the smaller inquiries. This way, all your clients will get attended to and they will be satisfied.
6. Talkative Employees
Often, employees have a bad habit of gossiping if there is no task around. This could lead to distractions if they’re too noisy or boisterous. You can set up rules for that matter, therefore the bad situation doesn’t arise. You have to also set that you hope them to talk quietly and behave in a polished manner in the office. You can also give your employees some other pending work ( If there is no tasks around). This way, your employees will be more useful and you can accomplished your tasks quickly.
